This Privacy Policy explains how Tango Airworks collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use our website, request drone services, apply to join our pilot network, participate in our community, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Tango Airworks.
1. Who We Are
Tango Airworks ("Tango Airworks," "we," "us," or "our") operates a platform and related services that connect clients seeking drone and aerial-media services with qualified independent drone pilots and service providers. We also provide educational resources, training referrals, pilot-community features, project coordination, and related business services.
For purposes of applicable privacy laws, Tango Airworks is generally the business or controller responsible for personal information collected directly through the Tango Airworks website and services, except where a third-party provider acts independently under its own privacy policy.

If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may use that number for project updates, pilot notifications, account communications, customer support, and marketing messages consistent with your consent.
Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose mobile information to vendors that help us deliver messaging or operate our communications systems, and as otherwise required by law. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, or use another opt-out method provided in the message.
9. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Tango Airworks does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may, however, use analytics and digital advertising technologies that could be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising, under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. If Tango Airworks becomes subject to a law requiring a dedicated "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism, we will provide the required method and honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals.
